தமிழ்நாடு அரசுக்கு ஆலோசனை வழங்க சமூக செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள் அடங்கிய குழுவை அமைக்க வேண்டும் என்று முதலமைச்சர் மு.க. ஸ்டாலினுக்கு மக்கள் கண்காணிப்பகத்தின் நிர்வாக இயக்குநர் ஹென்றி திபேன் வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்துள்ளார். சென்னை: இதுதொடர்பாக அவர் வெளியிட்டு அறிக்கையில், "தேர்தல் காலத்தில், திமுக சட்டப்பேரவை, மக்களவை உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு குடிமைச் சமூகத்தைச் சார்ந்தோர், கல்வியாளர்கள், சுற்றுச்சூழல் ஆர்வலர்கள், மனித உரிமை ஆர்வலர்கள், வளர்ச்சிப்பணியில் திறன்படைத்தோர் போன்றோர் மூலம் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தியதை நினைவுபடுத்த விரும்புகிறோம். இவர்களை அடையாளங்கண்டு, கடந்த காலத்தில் சோனியா காந்தி தலைமையில் ஐக்கிய முற்போக்குக் கூட்டணி ஆட்சியில் அமைக்கப்பெற்ற ஆலோசனைக்குழுவைப் போல் வெவ்வெறு துறைகளில் திறன் படைத்தோர் அடங்கிய ஒரு மாநிலக்குழுவை அமைக்க வேண்டியது அவசியம் ஆகும். இதற்கு உதவியாக ஒரு துணைக் குழுவையும் அமைக்கவேண்டும். இக்குழுக்கள் தன்னிச்சையாகச் செயல்பட்டு மக்கள் நலன் சார்ந்தவற்றை அரசின் கவனத்திற்கு தொடர்ந்து எடுத்துரைத்து அதற்கான பரிந்துரைகளையும், வழிகாட்டுதல்களையும் வழங்கும். இறுதியாக எதிர்க்கட்சியினர் முதல் நூறு நாட்கள் அரசுடன் இணைந்து செயல்படுவது அரசியல் நாகரிகம் என்று எடுத்துரைக்கிறோம். ஜனநாயக நெறிமுறைகளுக்கிணங்க அறம் சார்ந்த அரசியலை முன்னெடுக்கவேண்டும். மக்கள் பணியில் அறமற்ற செயல் பொருளற்றது" என குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளார். மேலும், அந்த அறிக்கையில் அண்மையில் திமுக அரசு அறிவித்த அறிவிப்புகள் சிலவற்றைக் குறிப்பிட்டு அதற்கு பாராட்டுகளையும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
