MADURAI: Ahead of the first anniversary of the police firings in Tuticorin on May 22 last year, in which 13 people died and hundreds were injured, police and the district administration have been indulging in ‘fear psychosis’ to intimidate the family members of the victims and the anti-Sterlite protestors, say human rights activists.
