The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case against Madurai-based Centre for Promotion of Social Concerns (CPSC) and its unit People’s Watch for allegedly violating the provisions of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976

வீரப்பனின் சகோதரர் மாதையன் உள்ளிட்ட மூவரை விடுதலை செய்யக் கோரி முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலினுக்கு கூட்டறிக்கை மூலம் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. விடுதலை குறித்து விடுதலை சிறுத்தைகள், இந்திய கம்யூனிஸ்ட், தமிழக வாழ்வுரிமை, மனிதநேய மக்கள் உள்ளிட்ட 87 கட்சிகள் மற்றும் மக்கள் சிவில் உரிமைக் கழகம், மக்கள் கண்காணிப்பகம், தமிழ்நாடு பழங்குடி மக்கள் சங்கம், சோகோ அறக்கட்டளை ஆகிய அமைப்புகள் இணைந்து முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலினுக்கு அனுப்பிய கூட்டறிக்கை :

Middlemen luring Sitheri tribals to cut red sanders in AP, says activist fact finding team led by Henri Tiphagne from People’s Watch, an NGO, observed that tribals of Sitheri hamlet in Dharmapuri were exploited by middle men, who engage them in red sanders smuggling in Andhra Pradesh

He demanded the state police to track down brokers who lure gullible workers from Tamil Nadu to chop red sanders in the neighbouring state.
