துப்பாக்கி சூடு சம்பவம் தொடர்பாக மக்கள் விசாரணை குழு விசாரணையை துவக்கியது. ஐ.நா. சபையிலும் அறிக்கை அளிக்க முடிவு 




தூத்துக்குடியில் 13பேர் பலி : விசாரணை ஒருங்கிணைப்புக்குழு நாளை மனுக்கள் பெறுகிறது - ஜூன் 16ல் ஐ. நா. சபையில் அறிக்கை தாக்கல் 

தூத்துக்குடி துப்பாக்கி சூடு சம்பவத்திற்காக மக்கள் விசாரணைக்கான ஒருங்கிணைப்புக்குழு என்ற அமைப்பு உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. இக்குழுவில் ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதிகள், ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஐ.ஏ.எஸ். ஐ. பி. எஸ். அதிகாரிகள், மூத்த வழக்கறிஞர்கள் பத்திரிகையாளர்கள் இடம் பெற்றுள்ளனர். 

இக்குழு சார்பில் மதுரை மக்கள் கண்காணிப்பகம் இயக்குனர் ஹென்றி திபேன் அளித்த பேட்டி 




லங்கையில் சிங்கள ராணுவத்துக்கும், தமிழீழ விடுதலைப்புலிகளுக்கும் இடையே நடந்த இறுதிக்கட்ட போரின்போது ஆயிரக்கணக்கில் தமிழ் மக்கள் கொல்லப்பட்ட சமயத்தில், தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்களிடையே ஓர் அசாதாரண சூழல் நிலவியது. அதேபோன்றதொரு பதற்றமான மனநிலைக்குத் தமிழக மக்களை தற்போதைய ஆட்சியாளர்கள் தள்ளிவிட்டுள்ளதாகக் கொதிக்கிறார்கள் சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள்.
