The Documentation Centre (DC) is the fulcrum of all activities in People’s Watch. Its rare archieve, spanning over thirteen years, of newspaper material on human rights violations in the state of Tamil Nadu makes it People's Watch's most prized possession. The DC also operates a well-sourced lending library on law and human rights. Besides providing research material to the various department within the organisation, the DC is shared with other organizations, columnists, research scholars, journalists and students.
