முகிலன் வழக்கில் துப்பு கிடைத்துள்ளதாக சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் சிபிசிஐடி அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்துள்ளது. ஸ்டெர்லைட் ஆலைக்கு எதிரான போராட்டம், கூடங்குளம் அணு உலை எதிர்ப்பு போராட்டம் என பல்வேறு போராட்டங்களின் முன்னணியில் இருந்து செயல்பட்டவர் சமூக ஆர்வலர் முகிலன். இவர் கடந்த பிப்ரவரி 15-ஆம் தேதி சென்னையில் செய்தியாளர்களை சந்தித்தார். அப்போது, தூத்துக்குடி ஸ்டெர்லைட் துப்பாக்கிச் சூடு சம்பவம் தொடர்பாக ஆவணப்படத்தை வெளியிட்டார். அதில், தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்ட கலெக்டர் அலுவலகத்தில் நடைபெற்ற வன்முறையில் பொதுமக்களுக்கு எந்த சம்பந்தமும் இல்லை. போலீஸ் உயர் அதிகாரிகள்தான் வன்முறைக்கு காரணம் என்று ஆதாரத்துடன் விளக்கினார். இந்த ஆதாரங்களை வெளியிடுவதால் தனது உயிருக்கு ஆபத்து ஏற்படும் என்றும் முகிலன் தெரிவித்திருந்தார். இதைத்தொடர்ந்து, மதுரை செல்வதற்காக எழும்பூர் ரயில் நிலையம் சென்ற முகிலனை அன்று இரவிலிருந்து காணவில்லை. கிட்டத்தட்ட 10 நாட்கள் ஆன நிலையில் அவர் எங்கு இருக்கிறார் என்ற தகவல் தெரியவில்லை. இதுதொடர்பாக சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஆட்கொணர்வு மனுத் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள நிலையில், முகிலனை கண்டுபிடித்து தரக்கோரி பல்வேறு தரப்பினும் கோரிக்கை விடுத்தனர். இதனையடுத்து இந்த வழக்கு சிபிசிஐடி, போலீசார் வசம் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டது. முகிலன் காணாமல் போனது குறித்து சிபிசிஐடி, போலீசார் தீவிரமாக விசாரித்து வருகின்றனர். இந்நிலையில் மாயமான முகிலனை கண்டுபிடித்து தரக் கோரி ஹென்றி திபேன் என்பவர் தொடர்ந்த வழக்கு இன்று சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. அப்போது, முகிலன் வழக்கில் துப்பு கிடைத்துள்ளதாக சிபிசிஐடி காவல்துறையினர் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் தகவலளித்துள்ளனர். ஆனால் அவரைப்பற்றிய விவரங்களை, அவர் குறித்த தகவல்களை, துப்புகளை வெளியில் சொன்னால் விசாரணை பாதிக்கப்படும் என்பதால் அதை வெளியிடவில்லை எனவும் சிபிசிஐடி தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இதைத்தொடர்ந்து ஹென்றி திபென் தொடர்ந்த ஆட்கொணர்வு வழக்கை 3 வாரத்திற்கு உயர்நீதிமன்றம் ஒத்திவைத்தது.
